Half Price Book closed five years ago; that now vacant building will give way to the new apartments. To its left (south), the old tire shop and hookah lounge building had been on the market, but is no longer listed.
Onelin Capital has three projects planned in the University District, all centered around its light rail station. It owns two of the three sites, and the large towers dubbed OneX and OneU have gone through one round of design review each; we’ll recap those below.
