The property comes with an additional four-bedroom guest apartment, a private water park and a nearly 6,000-square-foot gym.
There’s also a large private water park complete with body slides, lazy rivers, grottos and a diving platform. The amenity also includes the nearly 50-foot water fall Parker jumped off on his birthday last May. Video of the jump was posted on his Instagram.

Parker, who spent 17 seasons and won four championships with the Spurs, purchased several lots in Anaqua Springs beginning in 2005, Bexar County Property Records show. The neighborhood is located between Boerne and San Antonio, along Interstate 10 on San Antonio’s northwest side.
Parker changed his Anaqua Springs address to 9 Rue Parker in 2018, records show. This is an apparent reference to his No. 9 Spurs jersey.

Parker retired from the NBA in 2019 after playing his final season with the Charlotte Hornets.
Bexar County records show Parker asked Inwood National Bank for a lien extension on his Anaqua Springs home.
Listing agent Binkan Cinaroglu of Sotheby’s placed the property on the market earlier this month.
“Poised for large-scale entertaining, this palatial estate is nothing short of spectacular,” Cinaorglu said in the listing.
Inside the main home are floor-to-ceiling windows and a cinema with plush red seats. One of the seats has Parker’s initials embroidered in gold. There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a dining nook and an adjacent family room and formal dining room.
The home is also equipped with a “wine enthusiast’s dream, featuring a temperature-controlled wine room storing up to 1,500 bottles with dedicated magnum storage,” according to the listing.
The master bedroom suite has a sitting room, a walk-in closet and a marble and travertine bathroom with a soaking tub. The guest residence has three full bathrooms, a kitchen and a two-car garage.
Other amenities include a tennis court, a volleyball court and a tortoise enclosure.
